My name is Brandi, and I am excited to meet you and share practice together!

My yoga journey unknowingly began in 2016 after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, my lifestyle was getting an upgrade. My asana practice didn’t come until 2021, I attended my first sound bath and the studio gifted a trial week of classes - I thought what have I got to lose?

My practice was inconsistent due to demands of my job in the medical field, but when I attended practice regularly I noticed my body easing, my mind more clear and sharp. I became interested with the idea of teaching yoga and in 2024 after quitting my job I signed up for a 220 hour trauma informed yoga teacher training!

During my training I was introduced to the modality of yoga nidra. I had a profound experience and knew I wanted to share this practice of deep rest with everyone! In 2024 after my first teacher training I had the opportunity to further my yoga nidra knowledge and I completed a 40 hour yoga nidra teacher training.

In 2026 I received my pilates reformer certification and I am currently working towards a comprehensive certification.

I offer weekly slow flow practices at various locations as well as bi-weekly yoga nidra practice.
